Access, Suspension, and Revocation

Access to Fontaine Tech support, systems, agents, and any critical services necessary for operation of a client widget may be suspended or removed in the event of a breach of these Terms, any other agreement, non-payment, or for any reason where continued access would pose security, legal, or operational risk.

Billing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, monthly recurring payments are billed on a 30-day basis.

Founding Partners

Founding partners may receive promotional benefits such as unlimited generations and ongoing support, as described in the applicable agreement or offer details.

Any “unlimited generations” offering is subject to fair use and may be limited, suspended, or revoked if abuse is found or suspected.
